Striking a sheep such that it dies from the blow
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 18519 )
Q 2: I am a blind man, and once I went to the bathroom—may Allah reward you— and before the bathroom there was a sheep lying down, of which I was unaware, and I kicked it with my foot so that it would get up so I could enter the bathroom, but it did not move from its place, and as a result of the kick it died that night, so what is the expiation for that. I wanted to ask you about that because Allah the Exalted says:[An-Nahl 16:43]
A 2 : You owe no expiation for what you did, but you must repent and seek forgiveness, and if the sheep belonged to someone else, you are obligated to compensate its owners unless they forgive you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

So ask the people of the message if you do not know.
