Q 2: I have a neighbor who is an open sinner—may Allah protect us from that—and he brings lewdness into his home, and he causes me some harm because of his extreme closeness to me . What should I do? Please advise me.
A 2 : It is obligatory for you to advise him. If it becomes clear to you that he does not accept your advice, you must boycott him and report him to the competent authority so that they can take action against him; due to the generality of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 49a . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

من رأى منكم منكرًا فليغيره بيده، فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه، فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه
