Q 1: I have a neighbor who does not pray despite the repeated advice given to him. What is required of me? And what is the view of Islam in this matter? And another who does not perform the obligatory prayer in the mosque out of laziness.
A 1: Cooperate with some of your brothers in advising him with what is good. If he does not respond, then boycott him. The same applies to the one who is lazy about praying in congregation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
