The second question of Fatwa No. ( 21490 )
Q2: We were in the desert and we bought a she-camel. The she-camel was pregnant, and we used to tire her out severely, loading her from one place to another. I said to them: If she completes what she intended regarding her offspring, I will slaughter a sheep. What is the ruling on that?
A2: It is obligatory to slaughter the sheep and give its meat in charity if the condition upon which the vow was made is fulfilled; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 6696 .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
