A vow to take one's mother for 'Umrah in Ramadan if one's wish is fulfilled, but taking her for 'Umrah before the vow is fulfilled

The second and fourth questions of Fatwa No. ( 10955 )
Q2: I vowed that if such and such is realized for me, I would take my mother to perform 'Umrah in the month of Ramadan. But before what I vowed for was realized, I took her to perform 'Umrah with the intention that if what I vowed for is realized, this 'Umrah would be a substitute for the 'Umrah in the month of Ramadan. So, should I take her in the month of Ramadan, or is the 'Umrah I performed with her before Ramadan sufficient to fulfill the vow?
Q4: I vowed that if I succeed in an academic year, I would slaughter a sheep and give it in charity. Is it permissible to give its value in charity instead of slaughtering the sheep?
A 2, 4: It is obligatory for you to fulfill your vow, and to take your mother to perform 'Umrah in the month of Ramadan, and to slaughter and feed the poor. It is not sufficient for you
to take her before Ramadan, nor is it sufficient for you to give the price of the sheep in charity. It is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 6696 . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
