Q 2: If the admissions and registration committee agrees that the applicant with a certificate must be of a certain age and not exceed a certain age, such that if he tells them his true age he will not be accepted, but if he lies to them by reducing his age he will be accepted, is the responsibility on the committee and their accountability on the Day of Resurrection, or does the student share in the sin and the lie with them?
A 2 : Whoever lies or cheats in that matter is the one who sins, whether he is a student or a committee member. And whoever does not do that and does not assist in it is not sinful. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
