A1 : The disease of the tongue is: any speech that contradicts the Shari'ah which the accountable servant utters. This speech is either disbelief; such as cursing Allah, cursing His Messenger, cursing His religion, and denying what Allah informed us of in His Noble Book. Or the speech may be open sinfulness and disobedience; such as lying, talebearing, backbiting, mockery, ridicule, falsely accusing someone of zina, false testimony, and the oath that leads to destruction.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
