The Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) Ruqyah: “The soil of our land, with the saliva of some of us” — Is the intention to specify some over others?

Q 1: It is reported in (Sahih al-Bukhari ) from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her),
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say to the sick person: “In the name of Allah, the soil of our land, with the saliva of some of us, may our sick one be healed, by the permission of our Lord”أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول للمريض: بسم الله، تربة أرضنا، بريقة بعضنا، يشفى سقيمنا، بإذن ربنا
. The question is: Does his saying:
With the saliva of some of usبريقة بعضنا
indicate specifying some over others? I also hope you will explain the correct method for practically applying this hadith.

A 1 : This hadith is to be understood according to its apparent meaning, which is that the one performing ruqyah should wet his finger with his own saliva, then touch the soil with it, then wipe his finger over the place of pain while saying this supplication.
Most scholars hold that this description is general for every one who performs ruqyah and for every land. Some of them held that it is specific to the Messenger of Allah and the land of Madinah . The correct view is the first, due to the lack of a specific restrictor. And Allah knows best.
