Ruqyah for a non-Muslim

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 2: Is it permissible for a healer using the Qur'an to treat a non-Muslim? May Allah reward you and benefit us with your knowledge.
A 2: It is permissible for a Muslim to treat a non-Muslim with the Qur'an, provided the non-Muslim is not a hostile enemy, in a manner that does not allow the disbeliever to touch the mushaf. This is done by reciting over him and supplicating for his healing and guidance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
