The second question of fatwa number ( 6541 )
Q 2: What is the Islamic ruling on one who swears by the Qur'an?
A 2: The Qur'an is the speech of Allah the Exalted, in its wording and its meaning, and His speech is an attribute among His attributes. Therefore, swearing by it is swearing by an attribute of His, and it is permissible. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
