Q3: What is the ruling on wearing synthetic silk ? As you know, most clothing today is made of synthetic silk. Is the silk whose wearing is prohibited natural silk?
A3: There is no harm in using what is called synthetic silk; because the silk that is forbidden for men to wear is natural silk, the silk of the silkworm. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
