Q 1, 2: They say: Singing is forbidden in any form, so why does the competent authority allow the opening of recording and song sales shops, and in
radio and television, and others. They say image-making is forbidden, yet we see photographers taking pictures of people, and printing and enlarging, and so on.
A 1, 2: The occurrence of the forbidden from ministries, agencies, or individuals is not evidence of its permissibility, for people are not infallible. It is obligatory to advise them and clarify the ruling of Allah the Exalted, in order to establish the proof and remove excuses. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
