Q 2: Is it permissible for women to go to the summer resorts, knowing that their husbands or fathers are present with them, if they do not go into the sea, but they see before them

A 2 : If the reality of the summer resorts is as described, then it is not permissible for a Muslim to go to them, whether he is a man or a woman, and whether there is a mahram with the women or not, and whether they go into the sea or not; because they are places of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), in which wrongdoings spread, and it is likely that whoever goes there will see what contradicts the Shari'ah, such as exposed 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered), the free mixing of women with non-mahram men, and scandals that cause one to blush. Frequenting these resorts kills modesty in souls and encourages them to commit wrongdoings. Safety and the preservation of chastity and dignity lie in staying away from them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
