Q8: Outside the Kingdom we go to the market to buy some gifts for our family, but there is Western music in the market, and women who are clothed yet naked, so is it permissible to enter those markets or not?
A8 : It is not permissible to go to markets that contain evil and fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), except for one who is able to forbid the evil; because of the danger that poses to the Muslim's religion, and buying gifts is not a necessity. We ask Allah for well-being for us and for you.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
