Listening to obscene songs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 3543 )
Q5: What is the ruling on one who listens to obscene songs, such as the Ahmadi songs they mention, and what is the ruling on the seller and the buyer of them?
A5 : It is not permissible to listen to obscene songs, nor to sell them, nor to buy them, and earning from them is forbidden; due to the generality of the evidence from the Book and the Sunnah indicating their prohibition, including the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Indeed, when Allah forbids something, He forbids its priceإن الله إذا حرم شيئًا حرم ثمنه
Sahih Ibn Hibban 26:35
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
