Q 3: I received a question from a man who was joking with his wife while she was breastfeeding, and he sucked some milk from one of her breasts. Is she permissible for him to marry or not?
Vol. 3: It is not forbidden to her; because the breastfeeding that creates a prohibition is what occurs within the first two years, and reaches five known feedings; due to the saying of the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:233], and the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Bulugh al-Maram 8:198, and what came in its meaning from the hadiths. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
