The Tasbih after every prayer using the fingers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 18960 )
Q 2: The Tasbih after every prayer using the fingers Some people say: use only the right hand. Please inform us of the correctness of that,
and also about raising the hands in the Qunut with supplication, using only the right hand or both?

A 2 : It is better to count the Tasbih after the prayers with the fingers of the right hand, and if one counts with the fingers of both hands, there is no harm, but it is better with the fingers of the right hand; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) liked to favor the right side. As for raising the hands in supplication, it is done with both hands; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He lifts his hand towards the skyيمد يديه إلى السماء
Sahih Muslim 1015
, and because he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do that in the supplication for rain and others. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
