Saying: You have a Lord and I have a Lord
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 18252 )
Q 2: Whatis the ruling on one who says: “You have a Lord and I have a Lord”? And what is its expiation?
A 2 : It is obligatory to say: (Allah is our Lord and your Lord). As in the Noble Qur'an, it is said: (Allah is my Lord and your Lord) for example, and this phrase is not said: (I have a Lord and you have a Lord); because it implies the plurality of Lords. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
