Q 2: What is the ruling on dealing with the Gregorian calendar with those who do not know the Hijri calendar, such as non-Arab Muslims or disbelievers who are work colleagues?
A 2: It is not permissible for Muslims to use the Christian calendar; because it is imitatingthe Christians, and it is one of the rituals of their religion. And Muslims, praise be to Allah, have a calendar that suffices them for it, and connects them to their Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and this is a great honor for them. And if the need arises, they combine the two. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
