A2 : The meaning of the hadith is that a Muslim should seize the opportunity of his free time and health to perform righteous deeds; if he does not do so, he will lose these two great opportunities.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
Two favors that many of the people squander are health and free time.
