Q3: Is it permissible for hospital nurses to clean the patient and see his private parts because it is impossible for him to do it himself?
A3: It is permissible for the nurse to see his private parts in case of dire necessity if no man is available to do it; because Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:[At-Taghabun 64:16] , if it is possible for a man to do it, it is not permissible for the nurses to take charge of it.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
