The ruling on describing nurses as angels of mercy

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: A question from: A. A. A. from Dammam, who says: We read and hear from many of the general public, their writers, and their poets, those who describe nurses in their books or poetry as angels of mercy? What is your opinion, Your Eminence, regarding such a description? Is it permissible? Please give us a ruling, may Allah reward you with good. And peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.

A: This description is not permissible to apply to nurses; because the angels are male and not female, and Allah the Exalted has rebuked the polytheists for describing the angels as female, and because the angels of mercy have a specific description that does not apply to nurses, and because among the nurses there are both good and bad, so it is not permissible to apply this description to them. And success is from Allah.
