Image-making of non-living things

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 18191 )
Q3: Sometimes we go on school trips and take some pictures of the scenery, and send them to the media department in the activities department of the education administration, based on their request. Is that permissible or not?
A3: There is nothing wrong with taking pictures of non-living things from the scenery, such as mountains, trees, valleys, rivers, and seas; because there is no harm in that. As for living things, such as humans, livestock, birds, insects, and everything that has a soul, it is not permissible to take pictures of them due to the severe prohibition of that and the warning against it with the curse and the Fire. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
