Seeking the help of the jinn in treating patients with epilepsy and sorcery

Q: In the town where I live, shirk (associating partners with Allah) is widespread in all its forms, including sorcery, magic, and seeking the help of the awliya (close friends of Allah) and the righteous. I was given a book titled (Treatment of Magical Matters) and another titled (Shirk and Its Manifestations). I found in them a number of authentic hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that permit ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) with the Qur'an. So I engaged in ruqyah, and because of the large number of patients, especially those afflicted with magic or epilepsy, I have been performing ruqyah day and night. Is it permissible for me to seek the help of a jinn to remove the magic, or to order it to search for hidden amulets?
A : It is not permissible to seek the help of the jinn or the absent ones; because this is shirk (associating partners with Allah) with Allah (Mighty and Majestic); because seeking help is an act of worship that is not permissible to direct to anyone other than Allah, whether from the jinn, humans, angels, or others, except with a capable, living, present human in what he is capable of, such as seeking the help of a living, capable person in agriculture, construction, and fighting enemies. As for the jinn, the ruling on their presence is like their absence; it is not permissible to seek their help in any matter; due to the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic):
and Exalted:[Al-Fatihah 1:5] , and the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2516Hasan (Darussalam) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
