Q2: A company prepares food for dogs, cats, and birds. Is keeping animals in the house permissible?
A2 : There is nothing wrong with keeping animals in the house if one provides them with the water and food they need, except for the dog, for it is not permissible to keep it in the house; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 3649Sahih (Darussalam) And because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Riyad as-Salihin 1688 narrated by Muslim in his (Sahih). And if the intention of the question is the manufacturing of food for the aforementioned animals, there is no harm in that if the animal is one that is permissible to keep; such as the cat, the hunting dog, livestock, and crops, as well as the falcon and similar birds that are forbidden to eat but permissible to keep.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

لا تدخل الملائكة بيتا فيه كلب ولا صورةHe who keeps a dog other than one for guarding the fields or herds or hunting, will lose two Qirat every day out of his rewards.
من اقتنى كلبًا إلا كلب صيد أو ماشية أو زرع فإنه ينقص من أجره كل يوم قيراطانAnd success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
