If one apostatizes from Islam, he is killed; why is this not applied to those who embrace Islam from the People of other religions?

Q 3: If one apostatizes from Islam, his punishment is execution, so why does the one who embraces Islam not have such a punishment?
A 3: Whoever enters the religion of Islam has obeyed Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) in establishing servitude to Him and in singling out the religion for Him, which is obligatory for every accountable person among jinn and humans to respond to and believe in. This is the right of the Creator over His creation. Allah the Exalted said:[Adh-Dhariyat 51:56] And He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said: [Ali 'Imran 3:19] And He (Exalted and Majestic is He) said: [Ali 'Imran 3:85] And He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said: [Al-Baqarah 2:21] And He (Mighty and Majestic) said, clarifying the reward of the one who enters Islam, whose heart engages in faith, and that appears in his limbs through righteous deeds: [Al-Kahf 18:107-108]
And He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:[Al-A'raf 7:35] And He said: [Taha 20:123] And He said: [An-Nahl 16:97] The verses in this meaning are very numerous. This is the reward of the one who enters Islam and is pleased with Allah as Lord, with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as Prophet and Messenger, and with Islam as religion: guidance, light, and a good life in this world and the Hereafter, success in the pleasure of Paradise and the pleasure of Allah, and salvation from the Fire. As for the one who reverses the matter and apostatizes from the truth revealed from the sky, he has disobeyed Allah and contradicted His command, so he has thereby earned the punishment of this world by execution, and the punishment of the Hereafter in eternal abode in the torment of the Fire, as Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) has ruled in His saying:
[Al-Baqarah 2:217] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
Allah the Exalted said:
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.
Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam
And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.
O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -
(107) Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging, (108) Wherein they abide eternally. They will not desire from it any transfer.
And He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:
O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses, then whoever fears Allah and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
And if there should come to you guidance from Me - then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray [in the world] nor suffer [in the Hereafter].
Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.
And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally.
