Does medicine have a connection to life or death?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 6896 )
Q 2: One of the teachers said that the cause of deaths is the lack of medical care, and that if a person does not seek treatment, he will die. Is medicine an important element, and are there proofs from the Qur'an or the Sunnah? Please inform us about this. Does medicine have a connection to life or death? Thank you.
Vol. 2: The Shari'ah came with the command to seek treatment and to use permissible medicines. In (Sahih al-Bukhari ) and other sources, it is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
Allah does not send down any disease, but He also sends down the cure.ما أنزل الله داء إلا أنزل له شفاء
Sunan Ibn Majah 3439Sahih (Darussalam)
, and from Usamah ibn Sharik , who said:
A Bedouin man came and said: O Messenger of Allah, should we seek treatment? He said: Yes, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down for it a cure, and He has made those who know it know it, and those who do not know it not know it.جاء أعرابي فقال: يا رسول الله: أنتداوى؟ قال: نعم فإن الله لم ينزل داء إلا أنزل له شفاء، علمه من علمه وجهله من جهله
It was narrated by Ahmad . These are the prescribed treatments for prevention
from diseases, and for repelling disease when it strikes. They are merely causes; otherwise, healing and well-being are from Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
