Is it permissible for a fasting person to fill his teeth or extract one of them during the day in Ramadan? And is it permissible to use injections as well?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a person to fill his teeth or extract one of them during the day in Ramadan? And is it permissible to use injections? I ask for your guidance on this.

The Shaykh : Yes, it is permissible for a fasting person in Ramadan and in other times to fill his teeth and to extract whatever he extracts from them, but if blood appears, he must not swallow the blood, because blood is not of the same kind as saliva, so it affects the fast.
As for injections, there is a distinction: if the injections are of the kind that provide nourishment and can replace food and drink, they break the fast, and it is not permissible to use them in obligatory fasting except in cases of dire necessity.
And if they do not provide nourishment and do not replace food and drink, they do not break the fast, and there is nothing wrong with using them.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh, and may Allah bless you and your knowledge, and benefit the Muslims through you.
