Q 2: Is it permissible for a smoker to carry tobacco with him into the mosque to perform the prayer, and what is the ruling?
A 2: It is not permissible for him to enter the mosque with tobacco, nor to carry it with him during the prayer. If he prays while carrying it, he has done wrong, but his prayer is valid.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
