Divorce pronounced repeatedly three times, claiming he intended emphasis

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 355 )
Q: A misunderstanding occurred between me and one of my wives, and I was in a state of anger, so I said to her: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced.” I repeated it for emphasis, and my inner intention was only for threat and emphasis. I have four children from her. Is she permissible for me?
A: Since the questioner mentioned that he said to his wife: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced,” and that his intention was for threat and emphasis, the first divorce is considered one. As for the second and third, since he intended threat and emphasis, this is a matter known only to him, and his case is between him and Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He). Accordingly, the second and third are an emphasis of the first, so what actually occurred from him is one divorce. If this was not the third of three, he may take her back as long as she is in the waiting period. If
she leaves the waiting period, a new contract with its conditions is required. If it was the third of three, she is not permissible for him until she marries another husband in a lawful marriage. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
