He said to his wife, “You are divorced, divorced, divorced,” and he was in a state of anger

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 60 )
Q: He said to his wife (H.K.A): “You are divorced, divorced, divorced,” and he was in a state of anger. He mentioned in his inquiry that he did not intend a final divorce, but rather intended only one divorce, and that he had not previously divorced her. He also stated that he took her back during the waiting period with the testimony of those mentioned in his inquiry, as she was pregnant and has not yet given birth.
A: Since you did not intend by your saying: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced”
a final divorce, but rather intended only one divorce, and since she was pregnant at the time of the divorce and is still pregnant until now, and you testified to taking her back as you mentioned in the inquiry, then what occurred on your part is considered one divorce. By your taking her back, she remains in your protection as your wife, and you have only two divorces remaining with regard to her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
