He said to his wife: You are to me like my mother’s private part until you are pleased

The second question of Fatwa number ( 12842 )
Q2: A quarrel occurred between me and one of my wives, and then that woman started locking the doors wherever I wanted to enter the house, so I said to her in this form: (You are to me like my mother’s private part until you are pleased). Does this count as zihar? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you with good.
A2: Your saying to your wife: (You are to me like my mother’s private part) is considered zihar, and the expiation is obligatory for it before you touch her. The expiation is: freeing a believing slave, and if you do not find one, then fasting for two consecutive months, and if you are unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
