Killing a man by mistake and collecting the full blood money, except that the judge ruled for half the blood money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 9855 )
Q 3: Traffic ruled that he was one hundred percent at fault for the accident because he went against the flow of traffic, knowing that the road was somewhat confusing. The other driver is a Thai Buddhist who was driving a large vehicle that carries insurance, and he did not avoid the accident by braking or steering to the right away from the other car. So it is not our right to demand the blood money, because in my view the accident is considered a case of accidental killing. Also, the other driver is not a Muslim and there is no charity in him. If we allow it, will we receive reward?
A 3: If the situation is as described and you forgave him, then you will receive reward, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
