Q2: I am a wife and my husband refuses to provide for me or give me money to spend on my children, and when the money I have runs out, I take from his money without his knowledge because of my need and my children's need , so is there a sin on me?
A2: If the situation is as you described, that you take for your need and your children's need, it is permissible for you to take what is sufficient for your need and your children's need in a proper manner; because it is established that the wife of Abu Sufyan said: . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

يـا رسـول الله: إن أبا سفيان رجل شحيح، وليس يعطيني ما يكفيـني وولدي إلا ما أخـذت منه وهو لا يعلـم، فقـال صلى الله عليه وسلم: خذي ما يكفيك ويكفي ولدك بالمعروف
