The marriage of paternal cousins who are maternal sisters to the maternal uncles

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 612 )
Q: My grandfather—my mother’s father—married my paternal aunt, my father’s sister, and Allah blessed them with sons. Then she was divorced and married another man, and Allah blessed her with daughters from him. Is it permissible for me to marry one of her daughters, who are maternal sisters to my maternal uncles, who are the sons of my maternal grandfather? I ask you to issue a ruling for me.
A: If the matter is as you described in the question, it is permissible for you to marry one of the daughters of your aforementioned paternal aunt. The fact that her daughters are maternal sisters to your maternal uncles, who are the sons of her husband who is
your maternal grandfather, is not a barrier to your marriage to one of the daughters of your aforementioned paternal aunt. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
