Can the son of his father’s wife, from a man other than his father, marry his sister?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa number ( 6279 )
Q3: My father married a woman who had a son less than one year old. After she married my father, she gave birth to two daughters and then passed away. My father then married another woman who bore him sons and daughters. Although that son from the first wife was raised and grew up in my father’s house, is it permissible for that young man to marry one of my sisters, and does he have a right to a share of the inheritance?
Vol. 3: If the matter is as described, it is permissible for him to marry any of your father's daughters from a mother other than his, and he will not inherit from your father. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
