If he divorces his wife before consummation, may he marry her mother or her daughter?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: A man had a marriage contract concluded with a woman, and he divorced her before consummating the marriage. She has a mother and a daughter. Is it permissible for him to marry the daughter of the aforementioned wife, or her mother?
A: 2 It is permissible for a man who had a marriage contract concluded with a woman and then divorced her before consummating the marriage to marry her daughter. However, it is not permissible for him to marry her mother merely on the basis of the marriage contract. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
