The husband of a sister’s daughter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 17121 )
Q2: I have a sister from my mother and father, and one of her daughters has gotten married. Is her husband considered a mahram (a relative one may not marry) for me, or not?
Vol. 2 Your sister's daughter's husband is not considered a mahram (a relative one may not marry) in relation to you, so it is not permissible for you to shake his hand, be in seclusion with him, or travel with him as a mahram. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
