Q3: Is kissing forbidden when you publicly propose to a girl or publicly speak about her?
A3: It is permissible for the suitor to speak to his fiancée when looking at her, and to look at her without seclusion with her, and it is not permissible for him to kiss her or touch her except after the marriage contract; because before the contract she is a stranger to him, even if she is his fiancée. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
