The third question of Fatwa No. ( 9693 )
Q3: A girl is memorizing the Book of Allah, and she is currently on the verge of marriage. Several men have proposed to her, but she has refused on the grounds that marriage would partially prevent her from this pure work. Please advise us, may Allah reward you: should she marry, for Allah presents what is good, or should she refuse marriage and be patient for a few years until her teaching of the female students bears fruit, after which Allah will provide her with a way out?
A3: If a suitable man who is mindful of his religion and upright in his character proposes to her, she should accept; to protect her chastity. At the same time, she should strive to memorize the Qur'an, teach it, and learn what she needs of the matters of her religion. She should seek Allah's help in
that, making her supplication to Him sincere, and he should help her in good and fulfill what her soul desires of what is right. It is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Mishkat al-Masabih 3080 It is agreed upon that it is authentic, and this applies to everyone, both males and females. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Young man, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserves you from immorality; but those who cannot should devote themselves to fasting, for it is a means of suppressing sexual desire.
