The first question of Fatwa number ( 17973 )
Q1: I am a twenty-five-year-old young man who has not yet married, and my brother is the one who pays for my university studies. He has offered to marry me more than once, but I do not want to burden him with the costs of the house and the university. However, I have fallen into many forbidden glances, and I ask Allah for safety. Should I marry, and is marriage obligatory in this case to prevent the harms of forbidden glances and the fear of falling into greater crimes? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with all good.
A1: It is obligatory for a young man to marry if he fears fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) for himself and he has the financial ability to marry from his own money or the money of others. And if
someone offers to pay for the wedding expenses, it is permissible for him to accept; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Mishkat al-Masabih 3080 . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Young man, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserves you from immorality; but those who cannot should devote themselves to fasting, for it is a means of suppressing sexual desire.
يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج، فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج، ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء
