Q1: Is it permissible for my mother to uncover her face in the presence of my father's other wife's sons and greet them?
A1: There is nothing wrong with your mother uncovering her face in the presence of her husband's sons from another wife; because they are among her mahram (relatives one may not marry). Allah the Exalted said, when He mentioned the mahram:[An-Nur 24:31] . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
