Ruling on a woman going to the market without a mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: Is it permissible to be in seclusion with the wife of one's uncle, maternal uncle, brother, or other relatives? And is it permissible to take them to the market or elsewhere?

Answer: It is not permissible to be in seclusion with the wife of one's brother, nor the wife of one's maternal uncle, nor the wife of one's paternal uncle, nor with any other woman who is not a mahram; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
No person should be alone with a woman except when there is a Mahram with herلا يخلون رجل بامرأة إلا ومعها ذو محرم
Sahih Muslim 1341a
It is agreed upon that this is authentic. He prohibited being in seclusion with a woman and said:
Indeed, Satan is the third among themإن الشيطان ثالثهما
Therefore, it is not permissible to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman in any case, and the wife of one's brother, maternal uncle, or paternal uncle is considered a non-mahram woman.
Going to the market is not permissible if it involves seclusion, but if she is accompanied by others in a way that leaves no doubt, there is nothing wrong with it. And success is from Allah.
