Ruling on the one who says that a woman’s voice is an awrah (part of the body that must be covered)?

The second question of Fatwa number ( 8567 )
Q2: It is known that women participated in the Islamic battles, and it is permissible for them to testify in sales, purchases, and debts, such that the testimony of one man is equal to the testimony of two women. Yet we hear many jurists issue rulings that a woman’s voice is an awrah (part of the body that must be covered). We know that Allah said in His Noble Book:[Al-Ahzab 33:32], the verse. And the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (may Allah be pleased with them) used to teach people matters of religion and narrate the hadith of the Messenger. Is the ruling of the one who says that a woman’s voice is an awrah (part of the body that must be covered) valid? Please clarify the evidence, and support it with letters or books if available, and may Allah reward you with good.
A2: A woman’s voice itself is not an awrah (part of the body that must be covered). It is not forbidden to listen to it unless there is coquetry in her speech and submission in her words. In that case, it is forbidden for her to do so for anyone other than her husband, and it is forbidden for men other than her husband to listen to it; because Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Ahzab 33:32].
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
