Does the husband need to give permission for the prayer of Tahajjud?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 14507 )
Q2: Is it permissible for a woman to pray the night prayer or Tahajjud if her husband is present without his permission? Knowing that she does not pray
except after her husband has gone to sleep, and also, she previously asked his permission to fast voluntarily, and he did not refuse and told her to do whatever good work she wished and that he agreed, so does she need to ask his permission a second time, or is the first time sufficient?

A2: First: A woman should maintain the night prayer and encourage her husband to do so, for Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
May Allah have mercy on a man who gets up at night and prays, and awakens his wife; if she refuses, he should sprinkle water on her face. May Allah have mercy on a woman who gets up at night and prays, and awakens her husband; if he refuses, she would sprinkle water on his face.رحم الله رجلا قام من الليل فصلى وأيقظ امرأته، فإن أبت نضح في وجهها الماء، رحم الله امرأة قامت من الليل فصلت وأيقظت زوجها، فإن أبى نضحت في وجهه الماء
Sunan Abi Dawud 1308Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani)
Second: It is not permissible for a woman to fast voluntarily while her husband is present without his permission, for it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
No woman should observe fast when her spouse is present (in the house) but with his permission.لا تصم المرأة وبعلها شاهد إلا بإذنه
Sahih Muslim 1026
If he gives her permission, then it is permissible for her to fast. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
