A woman praying beside her husband in the night prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 19444 )
Q2: Is it permissible for a man to pray the night prayer while his wife prays beside him, without him being her imam , or is it not permissible?
A2: The tahajjud prayer at night, other than in Ramadan, is not prescribed with a permanent congregation; rather, each person prays alone. Your wife may pray beside you, and you are not her imam, and she is not bound to you. There is no harm in praying with you in congregation for the night tahajjud on some occasions, provided that this is not made a habit that is maintained constantly; because Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) stood with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the night prayer, and likewise Abu al-Darda with Salman (may Allah be pleased with them both). And your wife stands behind you when she follows you in prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
