Condition that the mahr be an 'Umrah

The second question of Fatwa No. ( 21039 )
Q2: My hope and my expectation from Allah, Mighty and Majestic, is that He will grant me an 'Umrah or a Hajj. Since my economic situation and that of my family do not allow for it, I had the idea that I would stipulate that my mahr be an 'Umrah, if possible, and this if Allah writes for me and grants me a righteous husband. Is there any violation of the Shari'ah or any doubt in matters of marriage regarding this?
A2: There is no blame on you for stipulating that your mahr be an 'Umrah. It is established in the two Sahihs that We ask Allah to grant you a righteous husband, and to bestow upon us and you steadfastness upon the truth, for He is the All-Hearing, the Near, the Responsive. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
