Q2: A person performed 'Umrah in the months of Hajj while intending to perform Hajj, then traveled outside the miqat boundaries of Makkah. Does this 'Umrah suffice for him if he returns and performs Hajj in the same year?
A2: Yes, this 'Umrah suffices for the 'Umrah obligatory upon him by the Shari'ah, provided he had not performed 'Umrah before; otherwise, it is voluntary. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
