The second question of Fatwa No. ( 5618 )
Q2: I hope you will mention to me the things that are permissible for the pilgrim performing tamattu' during his exit from the state of ihram after performing the rites of 'Umrah .
A2: One who enters the state of ihram for tamattu' with 'Umrah and Hajj, then performs the rites of his 'Umrah, namely tawaf, sa'y, and shaving or shortening the hair, has exited from his 'Umrah, and what was prohibited to him by the state of ihram becomes permissible to him, such as shaving, clipping the nails, wearing sewn garments, covering the head, applying perfume, hunting land animals, contracting marriage, and sexual intercourse and its causes. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
