When does the one performing tamattu' remove his ihram garments

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 8426 )
Q1: Is it permissible to remove the ihram garments after performing 'Umrah, knowing that I am performing tamattu'?
A1: It is prescribed for one who performs Hajj as a mutamatti' to exit the state of ihram after completing the 'Umrah, such as the tawaf, sa'y, and shaving or shortening the hair, and to wear his regular clothes, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded his Companions to do, who did not bring the sacrificial animals in the Farewell Pilgrimage, and then to enter the state of ihram for Hajj on the eighth day. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
